Our Goals
My approach to massage therapy is that of a facilitator: I address my clients’ pains and aches in a controlled manner which allows their natural healing abilities to emerge and unlock the long-term benefits of massage therapy. I tailor each session to the needs of my client, drawing from a variety of techniques, including Swedish, Thai, and deep tissue, which allows me to better address the issue at hand.

Please note: the listed price is final; no additional HST is applied and gratuity is not expected.
As well, new clients are expected to book an initial massage to allow for thorough assessment. This may result in a massage which is slightly shorter than the allocated time. To account for this, a 10% discount will be automatically applied to the regular price at checkout.

Accessibility: The treatment rooms are located on the second floor. Unfortunately, due to the building's age, we are not barrier-free, and the staircase leading up is narrow and quite steep. However, there is a comfortable waiting room available for you to use before and especially after your appointment. You are welcome to take as much time as you need to rest before leaving. The washrooms are located at the end of the corridor.
